If you stop building a construction, after a time, It slowly destroys itself. Does anyone know if you get the ressurces back or are they lost?

I believe if it died from decay it's 100% salvaged but would have to test. It's the "who got the kill" principle with decay.
Corollary to this is that you can you get 100% of the full metal value of a unit in reclaim if you deal the last 1% of damage with reclaim. Put 99% of bullets into the unit, one con turret that sets to reclaim and gets the kill gives you the full metal. I denied the explosion and got the full metal value of a juggernaut that was bombing my base, it was glorious
