#is there a link on how to report a spring error?

got a spring error when the lobby tried to launch. when the host hit start, my ready button went brown and unchecked itself and then the spring error occured. This happened 3 times in a row. Then it stopped but i felt bad that I screwed the lobby by getting kicked out on lobby launch. I dont know much about PC's as i bought this one just to play BAR. Also, i have no idea where to find the spring error number or anything to report.

ok, i just closed it so i could get back to the start up box and now it just does nothing when i click on the icon

this game has been flawless for the last 6 weeks with zero problems, now i cant even connect to the servers

I'm not sure what exactly the 2 errors I quoted mean but I would try updating those graphics drivers, restarting the system, and seeing if that helps

8GB? this game has played flawlessly up till now, like zero issues and i just bought this a couple months ago and i bought it as the minimum recommendations at the time were good. Sigh. I mean the game loads now but do not connects, but what I hear you saying is that it is bc of the drivers?

omg looks like the most up to date drivers are from Nov 2021 and the newest ones wont download...I hope i didnt just waste $600

i swear to you it was 8 GB back when i bought this computer...now it is saying 16Gb...did this just change?

yep, it was changed 2-3 weeks ago. Just close your torrents, discords, internat explorers, windoze and use dedicated card instead of integrated, as last one will eat out some GB and leave only about 5-6GB. Should still work with 8GB if you are on linux!

and if there's no SSD or it is slow, better wait for caching (if it happens, in bottom left corner of the lobby) to finish before starting game

ah, maybe servers just full (then there should be a message about queue), or issue with network, i don't know about network stuff

so i just fixed all the permissions and i can play the scenarios easily, but can not connect. So i took care of the firewalls and even uninstalled and reinstalled everything but got this error when launching

You are either missing crucial game content or it has been corrupted.

I would delete the /pool and /packages folders in your game directory and run the launcher again, this will redownload all of the game content

haha after the un and re install, now i cant even get into the game, much less try to login and connect

okay, just did it again and finally got into the game and attempted to login and it just sits there trying to connect. I was great until this morning.

yes, after a while after clicking to login, this comes up, but i still see in yellow the "connecting" up in the upper right corner.

like it doesnt say your password isnt correct or anything, it just hangs there and god forbid i just exit out of the game and try to restart it, bc it wont restart....I have to restart the whole computer to give it another try

this is the wierdest thing. I was bragging to my friends how amazing the game was and how it didnt feel like an alpha...im hoping this is a simple fix...

Do you have a different way of connecting to the internet you could try? For example plugging in cable instead of wifi

if i may ask, why would that stop me from starting the game? i can get online and i just downloaded this like 3 times today, but my router is in another room

yes correct, but what i mean is when i exit out of the whoe game and then click on the desktop icon, it will not restart the launcher

so now ive pulled up the login screen

i click on login button and i just says connecting with nothing else and that yellow "connecting" will stay there forever
