#Reuniting data of units in a spreadsheet.

Hey guys! Wanted to ask if you find this useful or not, I'm trying to consolidate in a spreadsheet the stats of different elements of the game, but wanted to have your opinion, or even, someone else may already have done it, IDK
Once all data is loaded I would like to do a dynamic dashboard where units could be compared in a more visual and engaging way.

I mean I love spreadsheet and I love good data vis, looks like it'll be fun. Maybe host it somewhere so people can play around with it

#

Better then having to pull the data from github directly

the data from the unit deffs isnt everything

#

you also need to look at the .bos scripts

#

IMO for high end spreadsheets
split dps into reload and damge
its a horrible stat to use for bar

#

it doesnt show the weapons purpose and assumes that the unit does that damage 1 times a second
when that is not the case for the vast majority of units

Fair points! Those are actually the kind of things would need additional or more specific metrics than the ones provided in the web page (rather related to the unit .lua properties)
I was thinking in this in something to provide a first look over the stats of somethings, having into account that for new players (as I'm) it's rather difficult to get a good grasp of why certain units have certain traits.

I think having all into a single source, where you can dinamically filter and see have a first look of how units compare could lead to a good foundation.
In summary, more for beginner and intermediate kind of users I'd say.

In any case this task is quite time consuming and inefficient. not sure if someone would like to help

I 'm not that free but I'm willing to put in somework

And I do agree that Stats isn't every thing so we could put some tags in for units detail
