So i tried to run the game as admin
Run the game in compatible mode
I even tried to remove and re install the game, it still keeps getting stuck at the same spot

Attempted multiple times, same result. Running as admin had no effect.

Reinstalling over the top of the existing install had no effect. Not that I held a lot of hope for that approach. :P Reinstalling to a new folder seems to be working, currently downloading game components at step 2 of 5.

And I'm in. Hopefully I don't run into that one again. Thanks for taking a look.

Disregard my input on this issue, turns out it was a very unique case not worth consideration. BAR was just the canary in the coal mine, I had corrupt sectors on my SSD that eventually became evident in other affected applications. Disk repair wound up corrupting my boot sector and I wound up doing a full reset reinstall of Windows to get my PC back up. So end result, this was not a BAR issue. Thanks again for looking at it all the same.
