#Quit/leave buttons

Whatever it is it’s not Feng Shui
probably a good UX pattern to follow here
rather than "Are you sure?" should probably just say no message and show the actions on the buttons like the bottom screenshot
also nice screenshots btw
🙏
Not screenshots. I use discord on my phone
Go ahead
The old design was better, i dont like urban flash style... where to find the button. The old design "just works" and didnt camoflage in the environment.
I had this problem like 2 or 3 days ago when i wanted to quit watching a game. i also pressed for leaving and then pressed the green "stay" button, because i thought "green means confirm", because i pressed that i want to leave... green means yes and red means no... so YES, i want to quit.
It should be "green - confirm" and "red - stay"
yeah
or rather
"Are you sure you want to leave the game?"
Green button: Yes
Grey/Red button: Cancel
for all confirmation dialogs
Isn't that how it was in the first place?
lol maybe
oh
the original problem looks more like the inconsistency between the 2 dialogs
rather than both of them being bad
I think the first one is fine
I don't know how to change the second dialog pictured.
lol, just had this today: UI should be click quit -> green confirm on the left hand side/default option.
by all means, include the correct context/description in the text: i.e. are you quitting the match vs quitting the program
but pressing quit -> click the red box on the wrong side to do the thing you requested = brain melt.
I have opened a PR to revert the above changes because they feel counterintuitive in practice https://github.com/beyond-all-reason/BYAR-Chobby/pull/333
Reverts #328 because the change feels counter-intuitive in practice

I thought the colors were fine, but the positions of the "exit game" and "return" from leaving the game client were switched from before and it confuses my muscle memory
Green = Confirm the action you previously chose to do
Red = Cancel the action you previously chose to do
Due to muscle memory, the confirm button should always be on the right:
[Red] [Green] (wording can change)
Wording being inconsistent is a separate issue.
What means PR? Should we do something on Github?
