All pricing data will appear on the product pages when it's available, I don't believe we'll have pricing data for the Q&A stream. Keep an eye on the product pages for the stuff you're interested in and it should pop up once prices are revealed for your region!

I was really looking forward to an updated Flow x16. Did ASUS discontinue the x16? Should we expect a refresh later on? Can we expect the 2023 version to be restocked? Thank you

Anything that points to them refreshing in the future rather than right now/ not at all? Maybe focusing on releasing the products they did today now and then moving focus to the other flow products in the spring or next year to release the 5000 series versions? don't want to be overly optimistic and it never come 😭 waited on pulling the trigger on the older series thinking they must be updating. now older series is out of stock and no newer series so far..? RIPP

so like a refresh in the off-year where Nvidia isn't releasing a new series of cards and where the Flow x16 could use an upgrade to the 5000 series even though it'd be a year in to 5000 and year out from 6000? It'd be them focusing this year's CES on the products they did and then would just get around to the Flow X's in the off-year? Also was the spring release of the debuting 2022 x!6 just because that's when they finished the product but they wouldn't release in the spring again for a refresh? Is that kind of what you're saying?

but like sometimes they do.. like the products released tonight? you're saying more that the Flow X's being refreshed next CES wouldn't be any less plausible because it's an off-year? It'd maybe be even more plausible because it'd give them time to get around to them versus some of their other products they focused on this CES with the new cards. More plausible next year/ similarly plausible that they've been discontinued..?

I thought there would be another iteration of "ROG Zephyrus Duo" this year since there were no updates last year in 2024 cause there were no new GPUs.. but even now with new GPUs.. Why there's still no new ROG Zephyrus Duo? Is this unique and innovative Zephyrus model discontinued just like the ROG Mothership?

I would like to buy one this year..

Are you planning on releasing any 21:10 or 16:10 aspect ratio gaming monitors (ideally larger than 30") with similar features to the new 27" 16:9 model announced? I'm really hanging out for a x:10 aspect ratio (21:10 ideally!) and have been hoping for years. Now that laptops and other handhelds seem to be moving towards x:10 again, I was hoping this trend would be appearing on monitors this year, but alas nothing announced!

On the Rog Strix 5070/5070TI Graphics cards, how wide is the opening around the 16pin HVPWR 2X2 Plug? This is for 90 and 180 degree cable adapter compatibility.

This is a pretty niche question, but would you be able to let us know if the tuf and strix 5000 series models have pcbs with similar topography like they did with the 4000 series? This question is geared towards water cooling support. Second, does the 5080 Prime use the reference PCB or is it a custom one from Asus? Finally, do you have any confirmed water block partners for the 5090 Astral?

Is there any chance we can get any information about potential projects in the making like the Asuka Evangelion 4090 custom PC components for the 50s graphics card series? Asus ROG is the only company that actually fulfills the fantasy of so many gamers out there and it would be so cool to have another one of those Anime-themed collaborations ^(>w<^) 💖

I just finished watching the VoD from today's stream - Just wondering if we can get a similar breakdown on the new 9070 + 9070 XT cards from AMD as well? Or maybe there's already a dedicated stream planned for those? I know they're not strictly ROG, but you guys have done a pretty good job of looking at the TUF models in the past, so maybe it's not out of the question.

Haha, I'm flattered that you remember me! 🤣 I try to cheer for the underdogs where I can. Maybe someday we'll even see Intel edging into Asus's GPU lineup 😛 . Thanks for the link - I'll try to keep up with reviews etc as well. Really appreciate it!

Cool thing you do with the forum to gather most question about the 2025 Announcements. I plan on getting a ROG Strix 18 2025 when it releases and i am confused about the webpage information, so i got a few questions for this here:

  1. Here it is probably important to note that i am from germany as the international site differs. On the features page(german Übersicht) for the rog strix 18 2025 it is said it has windows 11 pro, but the tech specs (german Technische Daten) list it with Windows 11 Home. Can you still get it with Pro in Germany and if not, why is it different? (Link to the page in question: https://rog.asus.com/de/laptops/rog-strix/rog-strix-scar-18-2025/)
  2. As the first question already shows some inconsistency, will we (in Germany) be able to order the laptop "maxed out", means (64 Gig Ram, 4 TB NVM Raid 0 as written on the Feature Page)?
  3. What would the "maxed out" Price in Germany be? If you can already say on the 16th.
  4. If not when will prices be available?
  5. When can we order / preorder?

Are there any plans to release SteamOS-based verison of Ally or at least support it officially for people who wish to install it themselves, including on already released models? I'm definitely switching to SteamOS on my Ally X but I'm worried another MCU firmware update might be released, which previously required Windows to install (though there were some community efforts to port it to Linux).
