Hi guys,
attached the wiring. I am not that similar with it, which connector is that exactly?

3 pairs of 5v/gnd dansuSEBHMM

#

can you measure the pitch?

you can just use one pair

#

its probably for higher current capability

#

no idea why though since it has barely any leds

Okay I understand. Will try to measure it this evening. Then normally it seems to be really easy to convert to your QR. I guess 😅

One pin pair might just be good for 300mA for example

#

Does it make sense here? No

#

But what do I know 🙂

#

looks like jst zr, 1.5mm pitch

#

i think it's rated for 1A per pin

willow whale
#

need 3A for all those LEDs

My caliper is broken... but this is a 1,5mm JST connector which is a little bit too large. 😄

#

So I guess its 1,25mm

@tepid dove do you mind showing which pins you connected your gnd and 5v to?

tepid dove
#

I just used the ones on the right.

Got it. So you used last 4 pins for your cable, it makes sense. Thank you

Yes. 🙂

Wheel doesn’t draw a lot of power, 4 cables is more than sufficient - that’s how I connected mine as well

OK, I am very non technical when it comes to all of this and trying to get my head around the connectors lol. I also have the RSR 911 I need to make a connector for

glass saddle
# tepid dove Sure. Why not?

Hey Julian, LCSC is asking me for the MPN or part number for the connectors I need for the Merc and Porsche Simlab wheels… Do you happen to know the connector type and size I could provide them?

Ok so a 1.25 9p connected, they did mention they thought it was their ZHR9 which is a 9 position 1.5MM pitch, so perhaps i need to edit that for 1.25mm pitch
