Hello, thanks for the advice, you know how to download it?
In this video I'll briefly go over the written guide over at Speedsouls.com and explain how you can go back to a previous version of Elden Ring. Mainly used for speedrunning the game.

It works the same way for every game but with lunacid you'll be replacing the Lunacid Data folder and Lunacid.exe in the files.
Just open steam console and paste the string I posted
And turn off auto updates.
wait why the heck didn't it work lol
https://pixeldrain.com/u/oyrxTcEk here is a backup of the files.from 1.04 since downpatching through console is being difficult @drifting shuttle @wooden bramble
Just replace the contents of the LUNACID_Data folder and Lunacid.exe
Perfect, I'll do it tomorrow, thanks!
Thanks, will try this later today. Although, someone with the same problem on Reddit managed to downpatch the game to this version of the link and it didn't fix the problem for him.
It worked for me, playing on 1.04 right now.
Good to know. Will let you know how it goes for me, later.
Can I go back to 1.05 if I've made the character Tea-chan? uwu
Go for it.
Tea-dere
I'm sure it works though since saves are compatible between updates you might just be able to make a bunch of saves on 1.04 and then back them up on your desktop then patch up back to 1.05
I actually have zero clue how to go back to 1.05
You just have to forcibly update the game on steam.
didn't
Interesting.
how do I know if it's updated
At the bottom left on the title screen you'll see the version number.
Nice.
Your saves should still be good.
