Using the spell on hicket doesnt make his armor crumble, even if it is spammed. Went through three mana potions and he still didnt crumble. I had to use both ignis and the twisted staff for it to work, but by itself ignis doesnt work on hicket

Can confirm this happened to me. The first time I did it when the update was fresh, I remember using the spell (only once?) to get the armor.

Ye same, though I had to spam it at least a few times to get it to work well enough

i assumed it's just taking forever because you're melting his body under his armor

I think the armor is supposed to literally drop to the ground.

You do need Ignis Calor, but it doesn't quite work on its own. You need to prompt the NO EFFECT text, then cast Ignis Calor. At that point, all fire damage should work and Hicket's got an invisible health bar to deplete.

i only used ignis calor and it worked eventually

I made a list of bugs recently. Apparently, the armor has its own health bar (though it's invisible). I found that after 7 uses of Ignis Calor, the body will eventually set on fire. After that, you can spam other attacks or spells to get the armor off.

In one instance, I spammed Fire Worm until my magic meter is depleted. And the armor falls.

In another, I spammed only Ignis Calor. Took me two full magic meters.

I thought you just had to keep it ignited for a set amount of time
