I do my best to follow the instructions, but I'm not entirely sure as to what it's asking me to put down, exactly? I filled the second image with the name I'd want the "BOT" to have, and an image link of my choosing, but then the next page basically asks me the same, so I'm confused.

The first popup asks you for how you want the user to look who sends the message. So their username and profile picture which you seem to have filled in correctly.
The second popup is the message content that user needs to send. The message content is this. and the embed is the pretty messages with the colored line on the side. (And it could have an image as well).
