Bot not reacting and giving out reaction roles anymore

we´ve been using this bot for our rr in a server for a loooong time. Recently it started not reacting to it anymore, doesn´t give or take roles anymore either

Well we've always been using it and lately we've been getting told by our members that the roles don't do their job anymore when reacting to the bot

can you right click the message and select "RR Info" and give me the Reaction Role ID

Which message exactly? The reaction role message itself? Because I can only copy ID if that's what you mean
