#Core Feedback - How to revive Core and a bunch of features to add

Who said servers are limited to 100 ? 🤔
But I have seen many people complain about nfts in core and it is the reason they don't wanna play core or atleast what I have heard
honestly I'm not a fan of NFTs, but I know for a fact their not dead, (tho i can agree a lot of ppl don't like them) and I don't think removing a label will suddenly make ppl play the game. maybe a few... but once a label has already been attached it's nearly impossible to get away from
I also think the UI could be so much better. but not by adding a active player count. From experience ppl really only play games that are already popular since most people don't care to wait 50 minutes for a single game. Adding an active player count would only discourage people to play (since like you've strongly implied yourself core isn't all that active)
and on the side of don't make things limited.... I completely agree. With roblox you can only have so many ppl in a sever, and if core really wants to be a metaverse having 100+ (even 50+) players in a sever would be insane and additions such as this would cause ppl to take core far more serious. but in practicality it might take a lot of money to actually get right and get the infustricture to suport this
but the most practical and extremely helpful addition would be visual scrippting... I haven't really thought of that, but It'd help not only allow for more people to create and by extension play the game, but also simplify the proccess and combined with marketing actual have pretty good support for "core is easier to develop in than roblox"
anyways... these were just my thoughts ^
the whole profile picture ugly monkey stuff is not what NFTs actually are. they are much more than that but its all people think about when they hear the word.
in fact its more like an external personal inventory system for unique digital assets. nothing about them is inherently bad or good. its like saying "im not a fan of art".
the problem is that people dont understand or pay attention to market economics, or they dont vibe with the culture.
if you listen to mainstream media you will be convinced that new financial systems are bad because the mainstream media are owned and funded by the central banks, who dont want crypto to succeed because it makes them less powerful.
There is a much deeper reason crypto and NFTs exists and it has very little to do with ugly monkey profile pics
I mean.... truuuue? but then again I don't think what NFTs are actually matters. Not many ppl (Including myself) are that informed about it. And 90% of ppl just think it's about those ugly monkey pfps... and core already did the damage (yes I do think NFTs hurt core quite bad)... removing them won't help (and will only cost more money for the same result)
Core Feedback - How to revive Core and a bunch of features to add
I would really like to see a game which uses visual scripting, it's defintiely possible since it could just be a bunch of remote events.
didnt mean for that to be a reply
I think it would help
someone said:
"RIP Core, you had a lot of promise for the future, to out do Roblox. And then got sucked in to NFTs."
I do agree theres nothing wrong with nfts, its only just the people that are making them expensive for no reason, thats why most people hate nfts so removing nfts may give it a chance for it to be popular
I want a game engine that is instant gaming, uses unreal engine, isnt limited and is easy to use and has alot of players too
🎙️ Add Game Voice Chat
The game voice chat should be a feature where if someone is inside a game, they are able to talk without creating a party, just is in the game there in.
Also for game voice chat game creators have the choice to enable voice chat, make it proximity chat, disable it, or make voice chat enabled on some parts of the game.
We had this actually just a few weeks ago or smth. I do not remember the reasoning behind the decision, but it got disabled for some reasons.
