I would like to see a different way of previewing both visual and sound effects.

My experience on clicking one sound effect, then go to properties and play the sound is time consuming and sometimes a bit frustrating.

Worse is visual effects. Dragging them in the world and watch if you like it.

My suggestions:

  1. Sound Effects:
    Make a list, with a play/pause button, title, duration and favourite the sound effect. Example:

▶️ Woosh_1 0:03 ⭐️
▶️ Woosh_2 0:05
▶️ Boom_1 0:20 ⭐️

This way it’s way more efficient when looking for sound fx.

  1. Visual Effects:
    When hovering over a certain visual effect, a tiny preview window appears to see an example of that effect you’re hovering on. This gives a fast and convenient representation when browsing effects.

Aswell as sorting the previews out it would be nice to select them all when mixing things together and have them play according to their new settings
