You can create those lines using the vector tools in photoshop (for example these can be two very fine rectangles, repeated 3 times for all the corners.

See the screenshot, if you create one rectangle, making sure you select "combine shapes" in the top menu, you can build more complex shapes by adding them to your existing ones. In this case, two rectangles.
Once you got this, you can duplicate the layer once, flip it either horizontally or vertically, place both where they belong on your canvas, and then duplicate both layers and flip them the other way round to create your rectangle.
