You could try some combination of Layer Mask and Advanced Blending > Blend If and adjusting the white side of the spectrum. Tip: hold the ALT key and click on the handles to split the handles for more fine control.

I don't have the image. I deleted it. The idea behind me making the video was that you would learn some techniques so that you would do it yourself.

ok, I will give it a try. I have very little experience with photo shop and only need this one picture for a short story Im writing.
