Unfortunately Photoshop isn't very good at that kind of stuff, unless you want to draw this by hand. There are further features in Illustrator (transform effects with copies and/or blends)

My crude way of doing an effect like this is to duplicate the layer, and move it behind the original, change it to the color you want, and then move it down. For best results, move down 1 pixel at a time while copying with command + alt + ↓, then combine all the layers by selecting them and hitting command + e
