Put them all in a Group. Select all the Layers and use Ctrl G to create a group. Then you can move them as a unit.

Would i be able to ungroup the layer in case i need to edit text?

You can still edit each layer in the Group individually.

Don't listen to the other advice about using Illustrator or making it all one Smart Object. If all you want to do is move the objects around as a Group, then grouping the layers is the best option.
