It was proposed earlier, but to recap: A trash bin for cards in your hand that you don't want to use, for instance aging options you don't want to put your wine through. It would be necessary to be able to open the trash can and restore cards, but unless you do, they stop cluttering your hand.

It would be very useful because you can't even SORT the cards in your hand currently without them being scrambled every time you switch views and new cards just inserting themselves randomly into your hand instead of, for instance, all on one side

my warehouse keeps being too full so i'm forced to stall with bottling, but having to shove around malo and aging I'm NOT going to do to that particular wine is so annoying
I keep having to check whether the aging card in my hand is about a new wine that might need it or the old wine that definitely doesn't and I keep wasting time on checking which was which
