Short answer, no.
Going in the AFK world (Break Room) is mainly to get rewards such as XP, rolls, and even some cool tricks! Part of getting noticed to be HA is being active every day. They are not looking for you to do 8 hours one day and then do nothing the rest of the week. The AFK room is okay when you're sleeping, but you cannot be noticed in it because you're AFK.
Overall, I wish you the best of luck for HA, and make sure to use the chef tab in your in-game phone for more tips!

i mean sometimes if youre being professional etc but its not as likely. your main role as a chef is to serve customers, etc
