The ordering process is such that you can only order a maximum of two items per menu item, and you can't even select the same two items at the same time.

• So why don't we add a button next to the food or drink options? Like x2 or x3 drink/food so it would then be easier for the chef to know if you want to order anything else.

On the chef's side, it will have the following information: ramune x2 sakura tea x1

So they would know i want 2 ramune 1 sakura tea

This could be abused by trollers a bit is the issue here.

I don't think a chef should be preparing up to 36 items across all 4 courses.

i think they are trying to say that if you are on the ordering screen, you cannot for example order two waters they both have to be different drinks/foods and sometimes you cant just communicate and say you want "two waters" due to age chat restrictions, not that you should be able to order more items than the current limit

It still counts as a limit increase. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I'm saying if you extend the limit per course to 3 and items can be ordered up to 3 times, trollers can abuse that and order 36 items.

if you read what they said after that they clarified that they meant just ordering multiple of the same item

it can count as an increase but the developers can simply implement it where if you do order two of the same item, you cannot order anything else for that course

This is what I was thinking, if you order multiple of one item that counts towards the course cap rather than just the individual item.
