Rules and punishment suggestion.

Hello, we should make rules and punishment more stricter, we should have rules about No emoting and keep working and no going afk and only stand behind the counter for waiting for customer, we should have punishment system like Chef team 1 warning and than terminated, Executive team Demotion and than terminated, Leadership team and higher Straight terminated if anyone break rules as employer.

I think that making emotes not allowed makes no sense. There is not any reason why they should ban it. I think the other punishments you have said are way too strict. This would just make everything difficult and harder for Chefs+. I disagree with this.

It doesn't make sense. It makes us look like we have to be perfect, which no one is. everyone makes mistakes. Also, the rule system is just to keep you reminded to follow the game, but if you do nothing wrong then you shouldn't get punished leading to termination

Terrible idea, If we actually enforced this rule people would just stop playing the game in general because half of these rules don’t make sense at all also, half of these things are completely normal and these new rules wouldn’t improve either work ethic, instead it’ll just ruin the game in general.

It’s just impractical and Kohau is already struggling with the chat update

• we have emotes Gamepass and not allowing it would just ruin the whole point of buying it

Also everyone has been afk at least once when playing Kohau

Kohau already has a problem with overly strict admins. We don't need to give them another reason to hate.
