Ok not going to lie its been easy to predict whos getting promoted. The way to be an HA dont get me wrong its not hard and many people follow it, im just specifying the people getting promoted. I started to see latley that mostly people who just joined, came back from a break or just popped out of nowhere. YOU CAN SMELL THE promotion coming! They play, they socialize everything's normal! And then their promoted horayy! But cough what about them peeps playing for a long time, top chef, u can see them in shifts and doing their daily hour or smth. Look man I know this promotion thing is manual but yall be picking the fresh apples and the peeps stuffed in the back of the pantry still waiting for their time to shine. Idk the point of this but like please tell me im not the only one who thinks this way. 🥹
#IS IT ME OR ARE PROMOTIONS HAVING A PATTERN?

theres certain factors on to why someone gets promoted. consistency and activity is taken into account as well as professionalism. i can say that no one gets promoted just because. its a thought out process and everyone who does get promoted have been evaluated properly.
if you have issues/questions with the recruitment process and who is being chosen, you can always message a recruitment or staffing member about your concerns
quality over quantity. playing the game forever and being a top chef doesn't automatically qualify you. plus the people they choose are people who are generally active in the community and show dedication. although being a top chef is amazing and these people are appreciated, there's more that goes into it than what you're thinking.
I think that promotions are definitely not in a pattern. I do not think that any recruitment/staff members are allowed to promote people they know or promote them because they just started. It says in the guide that you have to meet certain requirements and that has nothing to do with when they started. The thing that counts is meeting all of the requirements. As someone who took a big break and came back now, I think that it’s not really true. The people who have gotten promoted have been active for like 35 days or more. I think that’s pretty good!
I would like to add that the people who have been trying for a long time and haven’t been promoted yet, then maybe they just aren’t meeting the requirements.
ya if you're not getting promoted think about what you're doing that's causing you not to be
for example how u talk to others, ur greetings, how u handle situations, GRAMMAR, etc
In #chefs there is a guide, if you need it.
