Just imagine that you're dealing with either a troller, exploiter, or a disruptive person who refuses to stop. Suddenly, you realize that theres a mod in the server! You go up to them, asking them if they can help you. Unfortunately, they have a different age group and can't read a single word that you're saying.

To fix this problem, why don't we add a way to actually talk to them? Since we already have the report app on the phone, what about adding another feature to it; "MOD HELP" (or whatever you'd like to name it, I'm horrid at making names). With it, you can give the troller's username and give why. The reasoning can either be a list of things such as: "Trolling, exploiting, etc...", with optionally a "Other" button where the person can write why. The mod can get a pop-up message and will get the ability to teleport to the reporter. This way, both the employee and moderator can benefit from this. Even if the person IS able to communicate with the mod (same age group), it'd be helpful incase the disruption begins to hide/run away.

i like the idea but i think its unnecessary cause u can already ping the mod in discord or warn the person twice (it notifies all mods when someone gets 2 warnings)
!! oh!! i acc didn't know that was a thing. i never knew that it notified the mods 💔
yep it used to be mentioned in old trainings but probably not in the new ones anymore
ahh ok
When you warn somebody twice, in-game executives get a notification and we can view the warning. From the reason, we can get an understanding of what's going on or by checking chatlogs
Any if there's nobody in-game, you put the reason on a mod-call, and we can also see the offender's warnings
Also adding on, executives can still read your messages regardless of age
