So Im unsure if this was answered before but what does it take to be noticed for star chef?

Because people get it like during shifts pr doing npc and i just get confused on if it depends on the person who’s giving it out or like there’s actually something to folloe

so basically there’s no specific criteria because it ultimately depends on the AM+ that is giving it

some general tips are to have good interactive greetings and be professional and productive at all time

you probably see ppl with lots of star chefs but realistically that isn’t that common and it’s more of a thing that happens sometimes to recognize hard workers!

i wouldn’t pay it much mind tho star chefs aren’t really connected to promotions or anything

you’ll eventually get it i believe in you and even if you don’t your attitude will always make you a star compared to others

Thats another thing because most promos i see or at-least the past ones are people who got star chef like 2x

Star chef is not something considered or required for promotions. It was added with the sole purpose to give chefs motivation other than promotions
