I think many people already know about the problems with age chats + chat is unavailable in some regions.
However, players in the game rarely realize this and try to talk to such people. And these same people are unable to tell someone that their chat is unavailable.
I think it would be a good idea to add at least something like a "sign" with pre-written phrases like:
"My chat is unavailable in my region"
"My chat is in the 21+ age group"
and so on.
It's also a good idea to add dish names or pictures to the prepared phrases.
I've personally encountered this problem quite often: when trying to order from a takeout place, people would simply chat with me instead of using the "orders" function. This makes it simply impossible to order from such people.
Well, at least these "phrases" will help with that.
(Another option would be to add "please use 'orders', I can't use chat.")
