no, only when they are janitor is when they get the gamepass benefits, not the official benefits. Also, the janitor will not be able to serve or anything

i dont think this might be the best idea because people already clean spills and throw away trash when they can and when they're close to it (at least in larger servers). also, giving away a gamepass for free to incentivize something like this kinda makes the gamepass less important to those who bought it.

i just dont think its a great solution to a problem that usually only occurs in smaller servers

Cleaning isn't a big enough part of the game to make an entire role out of it. The only benefit to being a janitor would be to get the gamepass free, which doesn't make sense. The gamepass already exists as a way to benefit people who like to clean, we don't need an entire role for it
