i dont think they do end up going to training. My brother automatically bought CHC and had no idea how to play so i showed him but still i think this is a great idea!

The gamepass said that they skip trainings like, long waiting + long waiting again and some stuff.
Fun fact: When i went to training i had to see a player get rejected from being a chef
