Suggestion 1:
Make the menu expand vertically (longer/taller) instead of horizontally (wider).
A taller layout would keep all options visible without taking up extra horizontal space, improving visibility and preventing the UI from blocking gameplay elements.

Suggestion 2:
Add a quantity field that lets the chef cook multiple of the same dish more efficiently. Two possible modes:
Option A — Auto-Queue Cooking
Chef cooks the chosen dish repeatedly according to the quantity entered.
Each item is cooked back-to-back automatically, as if manually queued.
Option B — Single-Cook Multiplying Output
Chef cooks the dish only once.
The game automatically generates the requested quantity in the chef’s inventory without repeating the cooking process.
Useful when multiple customers order the same item.
This feature would greatly help when serving groups or handling multiple identical orders.

Suggestion 3: If the menu becomes slimmer (due to vertical expansion), allow it to appear on the left side of the screen instead of centered.
This prevents it from blocking the player’s view of customers or messages.
Sometimes customer messages are hidden behind the menu, making it hard to see what they typed.

The shop and phone buttons are hidden because you’re not supposed to access those while cooking so this wouldn’t really give way for anything

The shop and phone buttons can stay hidden, I guess suggestion 1 falls in with suggestion 3 also. Menu takes up the screen, can’t see what customer says if they were to type something else that was not read before viewing menu to cook. Can’t read chat either because theres a lot of conversations going on at once. Just a suggestion in mind, if the suggestion doesn’t seem to have a point then that’s ok. 😊
