A personal favourite of mine! Entirely vegan and gluten-free, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect with a side of chili sauce!
Recipe:
- Firm tofu.
- Cornstarch (this makes the tofu crisp outside, moist inside, and the seasoning stick).
- Garlic powder.
- (Smoked) paprika.
- Chili powder.
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
- Olive oil.
- Spring onion (garnish).
- Sesame seeds (garnish).
