I see where you're coming from, but it's a lot of the times you notice the trend where there's no one working, and there's always them dining with the 1-2 chefs, causing even more of a lack of chefs + also chefs doing their job.
This is so they can still dine, just maybe 2-3 dining passes week, so they're working.
so you’re just suggesting that chefs pay to get served?
they're not paying???? they get the dining passes themselves
