First task isn't all that bad, you just need to serve someone, it can easily be completed by serving customers -- I agree that some point cheat to complete it tho.
Second task mentioned is doable, it just takes up a lot of time. (You can always reroll it) If it was to get removed, many chefs would avoid the whole sushi conveyor itself, disregarding it.

they are to be handled who give unwanted items 70% of the time, the tasks were implemented to do something in the game after chef beenfits and you get bored of takeout, so imo It's better not to remove that, it takes time at teh registers, i know, but is that not part of the game? why remove it then?
