I hope you are reviewing this because I really think this would be a fantastic idea to make it able for you guys to make a good decision on how if people are ready into becoming HA. I really think you guys should make a training, in this training you should make it so once people who are SHC or CHC join and in the beginning you introduce the role of being HA and the rules, you then give a make teammates with others and then they would train each other like how they would be training a Trainee, to become a Junior Hibachi Chef, after then you will review that and you can give a point if they passed through that training just like in the training to become JHC. The way you can make sure they know what they have to say you can either do two things, make them try to remember what they went through during their training, or you can send them a training script or like a mini type one. If they pass this then they can go through a Quiz, reviewing everything the intro talked about becoming HA. I don’t know if this is a really good discussion, I just kindly ask to please review it! You can change anything but I just think this would be a better system.
