#Max limit for HAs to join a shift!!
32 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
But if there are too little Ha's then that means fewer people are getting served which comes out to the same in the end
but itll give higher execs and chefs to get a chance to go
theres literally like 20 ha's sometimes and then only 2 sv's and am's
HAs are very important for shifts, as they are the ones that get served, and they can note down hard workers and pass on info to the recruitment team
and im not saying for ha's to never go to shift im just asking to limit it
they can recruit or recommend
cant*
so why would they pass on info for the recruitment team..
they're not recommending specific people, just taking notes about everyone who serves them so the recruitment team doesn't have to watch a lot of people during shifts
uhm ok!
wdym so the recruitment team doesnt have to watch ppl
what are HAs gonna do with the "notes" they supposedly take..
they cant really submit them to recruitment
Forget this, idek why I decided to comment anything
oh okay!
i agree
shifts aren't meant to be just for getting recommending, they are for the community to interact
if you try to decline service to anyone because of their rank, you won't get HA so this would pretty much just support that
okay but most people are there to show their hard work to sv+
The shifts are for everyone, despite their rank
sir its not like im saying ha's cant come to shifts
im just asking for a limit
it doesnt have to be a low limit
Nah I feel like the HA’S just need to not have lane bias
Like they never pick the left lanes
that or ive just seen ha's pick lanes their friends are in
yep that too
plus some HA’s recomend their freinds/family to be a HA
Like I saw an HA that had 1 day of playtime and 1.5K points
