we do fine without a ticket system and they become very messy
julia has already declined adding one
then how will i get help? i am a senior hibachi chef, i tried verifying tho it wouldn’t work bc it said “u cant use the application” or smth… plus, there isnt even a questions channel…
you can always ask in #hangout or DM someone

i feel like this is unnecesary, if you have issues you can DM an executive, or ask help in hangout/ DMing still an option, and it's not going to be used as much as player report so I don't agree w this
I guess this would be good idea sometimes people want to like report a problem don't include a player or bugs like something about them also about the DMing option it is good tbh but it is kinda hard to still find an executive that can answer u right away like it would be easier if they did the ticket and the available executive can claim it or something
i asked in hangout no one answered me aswell…
I feel that if we add this; it may cause an influx in moderation traffic which is bad considering that kohau needs to be more strict with its moderation policies in discord
