I would like to point out that coming it from this point of view is a bit of a mislabeled one.

As Larv stated before, a problem is seen. However, change takes time to be implemented. As I would like to note, no suggestions on how to change were made - just that it should be made. This means staff needs times to do the meetings and discussions required to create the plan and flesh it out as well. There needs to be time to clear the flaws in the new system before implementing it - as implementing a system without proper thought and care does more harm than good.

Not only is time needed so the proper planning can be done, it also needs time to be implemented amongst staff as a whole. As implementing 10 different things at once can be a lot, with it often being smarter to implement one change at a time to not overwhelm everyone.

Finally, a lot of changes will not be seen or publicly stated to players. Some changes will truly be internal, meaning that you will see the effects of them, but the contents will not be discussed specifically with you. We try to make staff stuff as public as we can, but not everything can be made public unfortunately. Some changes will be visible, but some will purely happen behind closed doors with only the effects being seen.

To be honest I'd rather see the server improve slowly but steadily instead of it being changed overnight without control and thus being ruined, as long as thing do get going in a reasonable timeframe ^^ But yeah if thing do get swept under the rug more and more people will leave after all ✌️

I think we can probably lock this suggestion at this point tbh. Admins have been able to take what they need from all of this by now, and all that is happening is people being impatient and demanding "changes" when things like this do need to thought through carefully so that what they can do is done in a way that all parties will be happy and comfortable with.

But this high and mighty demanding of change and actions is just pissing people off.

THIS TAKES TIME. DEAL WITH IT.

Change takes time its been aid time and time again,. Its just pure rage bait at this point
Suggestion should be locked, if things are still as bad as people think later down the line a new suggestion can be made
