As an Enchanter, your mastery over Water and Air allows you to Imbue and Heal your allies. You provide a variety of buffs by infusing the bodies and minds of your allies and then utilizing the restoring properties of water to keep your partners alive.

This description is accurate, albeit superfluous.

  • Healer (Best at single target)
  • Multiple ways to support
  • AOE, although negligible
  • One banish, one slow for crowd control
  • Leveling as a healer is terrible

Visuals

  • Storm of Haste is great, but party members think it is excessive
  • Tempest needs more panache
  • Debilitating Waters needs to be more noticeable
  • Both Imbues should be more noticeable. Mind on players head; Body on players weapon/arms

Art

  • Imbue Mind would serve better as a brain instead of an ice crystal
  • Tempest should honestly be renamed and get new art befitting it's buff

Final Thoughts

DISCLAIMER: I did not level as this class
I would recommend this class as a healer for both softcore and hardcore. This class excels at keeping the tank alive with it's multiple ways to apply damage reduction. Has great utility for the whole party to be offensive and some decent spells for more defensive. Overall intended to focus on one target and keep them alive, and it does just that.

Such a great class so why does it SUCK!? Because you do not get credit for all the damage you mitigated. You only get credit for damage and healing. You WILL level slower as this class and you will feel helpless should you ever find yourself needing to defend yourself (Plays just like druid where you sit there and take it while you heal yourself)
[Nobody wants to play this class, they want someone else to play it because of all the benefits it provides]

I know all that pain since I level up from the start until lvl 30 as a enchanter in a group... almost only got exp from Stream of Life.
Everything on the class give dmg reduction for the tanker/dps so it's perfect for them but for the enchanter doing this probably gone receive only 1k of armor/weapon/discipline exp while the other got 10k~30k...
Debilitating Waters -> Stun need 1s cast time and 0,0001s to cancel since any hit gone remove it. Wait 60s for next try...
Some gone say try to level up luring mobs and using Stormbolt => 2s each cast with little dmg??? Are you serious talking me to do this?

Yes, that would be a bug based on the description.

@smoky blade if you are using Tempest to provide heals and damage increase to another character and that is the only thing you are using you don't get any xp for magic/armor/discipline also if you use imbue mind clarity first it is bug not providing the 5% mana but only like 2% and also gives you no xp for the mana you recover and the heal you get.

Enchanter dps lost even for a druid with reflection only dps if you want to aoe two or three Mob like hatchling dragon.

If they reduce it for something between 1.3s and 1.5s without the cast reduction items would solve 40% of enchanter problem = lowest exp received in a fight.
