Tier 5 leather crafting progression feels off.

Tier 4 leather is mushrooms of i am not mistaken

mushrooms, murkhide? (i forget the name of these), crocodiles and corrupted (lvl 16-18/19?) are all T4 leather sources, by the time i had farmed enough leather for a corrupted set my skill was already high enough for T5 and could only really kill adders/echdinas/vipers in a party at lvl 18

T5 leather being guarded by 20 - 24 mobs makes sense, since T5 is levels 20 - 24.

wouldn't it make more sense if you had to kill lvl 24 things for the armor for 25? Thats why i said 18-22 because you farm them for the level 20 armor

those are for t4 and they are level 16 for level 15 gear. the next step up you need to kill level 24s for level 20 gear.

and the 20-24s for mining like i said is slightly annoying when underleveled but doable so it really wasn't much of an issue.

You can farm for t4 leather pretty comfortably at level 14-15. Then you need to get to 22-23 to do the same for t5 while t6 is 24-25 to farm it.

@quick phoenix Early game your skill lvls would be higher than your actual combat lvl, if you need a stronger set of armor to go a kill enemies above your lvl you can craft the tier .5 version of your current gear in your case it would be 4.5 that should allow you to kill those enemies, if it is still no enough then just wait until you are lvl 20 and you should be able to kill those

This could be used as a work around except there is 0 systems in game (atleast that i've found) that explain how to get or craft .5 tiers. I've asked in chat a few times and never got a response. Then you have the issue of is tier 5.5 or tier 6 gear stronger? If tier 6 is stronger than 5.5 with the current level of the t5 mobs almost no one is going to be crafting 5.5 and instead going from 5-6 in 1-2 levels. The current system only works if you plan on buying all your gear but if you like to craft the majority of your gear like I do this 1 tier is flawed IMO.

5.5 is usually better than 6 for heavy armor but for all other armor types is just slightly worse than next tier in line, yeah there is no info about how to craft .5 tier but is also not that complicated you would need the tier 4 leather + Air Stones that would create an enchanted leather and with 36 of those you make a set

just to confirm, Air Stones is for Dexterity gear, Water for wisdom and lighting for intelligence
