I am on the quest. Inside the bandit cave. Killed the Ringleader. I cannot find the scroll anywhere.

so just to make sure, you did kill the mobs outside and get the key and note that leads you to the "hidden stash tunnel"?

it has a long respawn time or something, it's back after a server restart

the zone name also says it's an instance but it's shared with other players, dunno if that is planned

thanks for being aware of the issue and working on a fix. maybe you can instance it the same way alpha wolf was instanced or just have the respawn timer for the object way lower haha

gameplay is nice but if stuff like this is in the game for days how is anything going to get fixed in the long run, just cannot progress my character anymore they need to just put quest items on a vendor or npc for now since it seems like most classes have one messed up quest or missing item

after patch there has always been 1 scroll and after someone takes it its not there anymore. maybe you are the first - lucky - one to get it, but i am optimistic it might be fixed now!

i wasnt able to pickup i just used and it gave me quest item

I dont think it is. It was fixed for some of our guys recently.
