Suburbs and SUVs - A Oneshot I need help making

I would like to make this a reality - a one shot where players play as high fantasy creatures/npcs playing Suburbs and SUVs, and they've reach the climax of a storyline of some kind in the S&S Universe

That's the bit I need help on - what's the big? Is it a bake off? Chili contest? PTA meeting? Fundraiser competition? What obstacles/skill checks would you have? What challenges?

I run primarily PF2e, but the system doesn't really matter here

fundraiser for cat shelters, but some of neighbors like dogs more so they started a dog fundraiser so now the 2 parties need to compete to which one gets more donations

is magic allowed in this? because a undead pet show off sounds fun

nah, the idea is that it's set in a modern-ish time

well, S&S is

but there could be a regular pet show

ok so is this like S&S directly or are you doing it like the meme said and it's a campaign in a campaign

it's a campaign in a campaign
so the "High Fantasy Players" have access to magic and such (PF2e)
But they're playing characters they're playing in S&S are in a modern, mundane setting - so no magic, but technology

give each player a random problem they have to present (neighbors fence is a few Cm's over the property line, noise complaint etc)

omg I could it make it a timed thing too - they only have so long before the block party happens, so they have to both get their stuff presented and passed, but also make sure other's hurry up theirs

for the S&S characters, do you think I should give them options to choose from, or let them build their own?

so for the Character they play in S&S - should they create that character, or be given options?
