I think I may know what was going on. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Theoretically, when someone gets revived as a Zombie Don, it keeps their original role.
What I mean by this statement is the condition of getting revived as a Zombie Don follows this principles:

  • you must have a role that exists on the Innocents' Team (doesn't count if you got revived as a Zombie Traitor or you've got assigned a Traitors' Team role);
  • you must be the first Innocent member of the team to die in the respective round ( if the first innocent gets zombified by a Traitor, disconnects or switches to the Spectators' Team, another member of the Innocents' Team that died second or next will be selected to get revived as a Zombie Don);
  • if you're role is "Innocent", your role will be reassigned as "Zombie Don";
  • if you exist in the Innocents' Team, but you have assigned a different role other than "Innocent", your current role is kept, but you respawn as a zombified innocent ("Zombie Detective", "Zombie Doctor") and you respawn with 150 max health and your abilities get transferred;
  • if the investigation timer does not end (the round timer where innocents find clues). [ if the Traitors' Team don't get discovered by the timer itself ].

So from what I can deduce from this screenshot and the conversations in the post, Wolferus died first as a Detective.
When the last innocent tries to revive Don, another traitor tried to revive Wolferus. Because reviving Don takes less time than reviving any body, Wolferus got revived as a Zombie Detective.

zombie don is innocent flagged as zombie, and you do indeed keep your role but I fixed it and now you always become innocent

it says "zombie traitor" on the screenshot because the logic is as follows:
