Pechorsk Outskirts Sky cube bugged?

So i just got back into playing this game and i can hide from cube anymore as it see's me thru walls and can now shoot thru cover aswell? like i got spawn camped in a shelter and can do anything is this intentional or a bug that needs to be fixed

Its a dice roll if the cube will see you or not depending on which particular building you got caught in I think... sometimes the cube just decides its your time to die and it will wallhack. other times it will chill out after a few seconds
