I might sound a bit stupid but my first thought was ''isn't it supposed to be 1st, 2nd, 3rd block?'' and them I figured ''they probably mean 1 street block, as in 1st street block, 2nd street block, etc...''
the ''st'' being street but it's just written in a way we westerners aren't used to. 😅

I think the devs are based in Estonia IIRC.
