Bug with hand after trying to open glitchy cabinet door in Pechorsk.

It happens after trying to open cabinet doors. Only reload save helped.

Same thing happened to me. Looks like the same cabinet too. Many of those cabinets in outskirt where bugged visually but only this one broke my hand. (location shown in the video.) A Save/Load solved the issue for me.

I had this problem too, at first I was happy because all the doors were opening fully, but then I reached for my stuff I and everything was really awkward

I had to load an earlier save and stopped opening cabinets since then

You can just save on the spot and reload that save, it will repair your hand.
