Similar to all previous builds, the performance of the game significantly tanks when a player joins in co-op in the recent beta 1.0.0 build.
I also recognise that this may be a known issue thats been acknowledged in previous updates, but I notice that it hasn't been acknowledged in the beta 1.0.0 patch notes so I'd like to bring it up just in case, since it's a critical feature of the game that should be fixed before the release of 1.0.0
Steps to Reproduce:
- Host a game and note the performance when moving around and interacting with guns and items. For my case its buttery smooth at my target 90FPS
- Have a friend join. As soon as the player model loads in, the framerate drops and stutter occurences increase. Don't have specific numbers but I might have talked about this in a previous post that I made for the same thing
VR Setup:
I'm using a Quest 2 via Steam Link as host. Friend is using a Quest 3 with steam link.
CPU/GPU/RAM
Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 5070 ti, 32GB of RAM
