Co-op Voice Chat Problems

I've been joining some maps on Radius 2 where sometimes I can't hear my teammates a bunch of times even when I load in the game the first time, it takes alot of back and forth of teleporting between maps before it works and then it stops working again when I teleport back to another map, I dont know if im the only one having this issue.

I think this is still ongoing, me and my friend have been having massive voice chat problems with us having to reload to a previous save multiple times for it to work just to stop working after he dies or rejoins
