Okay first and probably most important bug is when I put a mission item pole thing (forgot name but you'll see it in screenshot) in a primary weapon holster it gets stuck and soft locks the mission.
Second bug is a misplaced crate making it hard to get though a doorway
Third bug is a weird texture glitch inside the shop
Fourth isn't really a bug more than a complaint, whenever you crash in multiplayer, the game cools you down for 15 minutes which gets kinda annoying especially on the unstable quest version

The holster/sensor bug is known. Others have reported it, I've used the ones on my pack instead of my vest, but it seems the Vest-attached pouches trigger it 100% of the time for some.
Don't forget to post your hardware info. Seems the texture bug is common with certain Quest users.
I'm with you on certain placement of objects when they spawn, there's a few i've noticed too that are even unreachable in some cases too.

Since its a texture issue and it's specific to the hardware, i suspect drivers for that hardware or the standalone version of ITR2 for the quest has an issue generating or recalling textures. It's like the purple texture bug in skyrim in a way if you have a long play session, but it seems to happen faster in this case.

But here the textures are 'artifacted' as some nickname it in other places. so this has to do with a shader issue probably. drivers or ITR2 code, i dunno.
Def agree with the 15 min cooldown... that should be as simple as just forcing us to restart the client and not waiting so long, but that depends on what the dev reasoning is behind the cooldown.
