I can’t verify it but the reputation of the l85 is pretty much known to jam because of how unreliable the early version were
But for gameplay it would be infuriating and pretty funny to have it as the gun to jam the most and frequently aka it’s a troll gun on the player

sounds like an issue i had back when chuck added 45acp.
it was crashing cuz i still used ChucksTags.pak in my mod list.
it was an old way to make ammo work with mags and mags with guns ig.
by removing it 45acp worked fine
It's because chucks modded deps is a 3.0 update to his custom items. I though it was a pre-req.

i fixed some mods not working cuz some modders dont understand manual labeling load orders outside vortex bs.
i usually make sure that all things that add stuff get loaded first and things that Add ontop of loaded things second and all the most important things load last, usuaslly patches or compatibility mods
Yeah I figured it out quickly. I manually organize my mods and don't use Vortex/Nexus manager. It can be tedious but I recommend it over using a manager.

one time i tested it would be sensitive enough to react to the muzzle flashes and i thought that was cool but i couldnt recreate it

with how the lighting is baked, the game actually needs to be darker to match how contrasted the shadows are
I get why they did it as an aesthetic choice, but it looks bad

anything that isn't directly lit might as well be pitch black, and vice versa, things that are lit are often blown out
a lot of spots are just so dark the exposure cant fix it
i upped the shadow gamma a little that seemed to help
but its a little artifacty if you look close enough
I had considered making a reshade preset but it would likely destroy performance just having the injector installed
yeah itr1 aint openxr but when you run it through steamvr it uses their runtime

I found a supposed asset dumper for BF1 and BFV so I'm redownloading the game to see if it works. Fingers crossed.
I was able to get all of the bolt cycling sounds, and all the reloading sounds of the BF1 Russian M1895 as .wav files, but not the firing sounds. Would any of that be useful?

cant decide how i should do this gun, either 1 regular version with limited upgrades and a radius only tac version like the marlin, not really thinking of using the pistolgrip
also the henry model h12x website crashes my browser so i cant see the tube size

these are smooth as hell if i do the same approach with the model h12x ill make the tac variant darker aswell

it still shows up when i set the lever/bolt to replicate at 10fps but i think its also because i have a mod that makes me move fast

it actively updates the position on tick which is every frame but inconsistent frametimes makes the location corrupt
so im trying out forcing the tick rate lower
def scales with how fast you move aswell

I was able to get the H12x webpage open. The tube capacity is 7+1 in the chamber for all 3 calibers.
