#Stuck in a mission - Forest scouting

I finished scouting the forest, now the mission says "Return to facility 27".
However when go to the terminal, the mission only says "terminate".
There is no complete button, even though the mission should be completed.

When I click "Terminate", the game crashes immediately, I've tried this 3 times already.
My game is stuck now and I can't progress since this is a main mission.

Any help?

I wonder if it's possible to set your save file to a specific point along the main quest line 🤔
