#Lost attachment bug in 0.12.1?

After returning to the Facility from Radius, all attachments for the weapons I had equipped (Beretta and Vintores) have disappeared.
And, I can no longer add new attachments to them.
There is no change to the weapons that were previously in the Facility.
Is this a bug that occurs with map movement?

almost same here....mine is on a load game, all attachments on primary is missing

also the helmet no longer takes headlamp

Same here. Was doing a Forrest run and by returning to the base 2x lasers with attachment brackets from primary and secondary and a scope with bracket from primary are just gone. Version 0.12.1 PCVR Steam VR Quest3

I had saved data before I returned to the facility, so I recorded the bug.
The attachments that were equiped was gone, but the details window shows that the attachment is still in effect. This seems to be the reason why I cannot re-equip new ones.

I created a new save data with NEW GAME and it does not seem to cause this bug.
Is this a version compatibility issue?

@regal flower Take the attahments off the guns and put them in you nackpack then go to base
