When i launch itr2 through steam it barely runs and the screen constantly shakes and iss't even playable. I use an ASUS TUF A15 Gaming Pc

if your refering to via steam home/steamlink all i can say is the way i had to fix it was get virtual desktop and launch it via that and it works
not sure how else it can be fixxed just thats what i did to fix it

Yes it ran perfectly fine for a while but then going through the forest it started to lag alot more then before
